Safety training is a process of learning to be safe, protected or free from danger. They are many accidents that happen in our homes, places of work, schools, on the road and on air, thus the need to be protected or being aware is very important.

While on the road travelling always make sure that one has fastened the belt and when with children make sure that they are on car seats suitable for them. One should never driver under the influence of any kind of drugs, for example driving under the influence of alcohol is not a protective measure and it can lead to one having an accident.

In order to reduce the number of accidents in offices, employers are now taking their employees to training classes where they are being taught about safety in their work environment. For example what to do in case of a fire, how to handle exposed electrical wires or loose connections.

Foods must be stored carefully to prevent food poisoning, either by refrigerating or boiling. Many cases of E-coli and salmonella poisoning remind individuals of the importance of washing and cleaning any produce bought from the stores as consumption of these can be fatal.

Most states require all commercial buildings to exercise drills after the terrorist acts of 2001. The drills involve the fire department which gives office employees a walk through on what to do when faced with danger. Walking on a single file, not running, not carrying any personal belongings and never using an elevator in time of danger are all points given by the fire department.

Safety training in the aircraft is where by one is taught on how to be protected while on air, for example the instructions given when boarding, the precaution that are given incase of an accident, by following this guidelines then one is sure to be safe during the flight. safety training
